What is the nightly rate for a room at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes?A block of rooms has been reserved at The JW for a discounted rate of $229/night. An additional resort fee of $20/night will be automatically applied to your stay which covers WiFi throughout the resort, enhanced WiFi in your room, daily bike rentals, and transportation to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.
How does this event differ from the regular eMoney training workshops offered throughout the year?While eMoney’s training workshops are a great opportunity to receive hands-on training, the eMoney Summit offers a more thorough, three-day agenda to help you:
Will there be opportunities to interact with eMoney trainers?Yes! The eMoney Summit will feature breakout sessions led by eMoney experts from training, financial planning, marketing, development and more. Sign up early to attend the sessions that are important to you, and for a free one-on-one session with an eMoney trainer. Members of the eMoney team will be onsite throughout the conference to answer questions and hear any suggestions you may have. Feel free to flag us down or visit the eMoney booth at any time!
When does registration open and close?Registration is open now and will close September 28th, 2018.
When should I arrive?Pre-Conference Activities and The Hackathon will begin Sunday evening, October 7th. Participants of these events should plan to arrive on Sunday. Conference registration is between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 8th. The conference will kick off later that morning at 10:15 a.m. Since Monday’s sessions begin so early, we recommend arriving on Sunday evening.
Who chooses my agenda, including breakouts?Attendees will build their own agenda when registering. You can modify your agenda through the online portal at any time.
Is transportation provided from the airport?No, transportation to and from the airport is not included in the cost of registration.
Can I attend just part of the event?The 2018 eMoney Summit does not offer individual or partial day passes. We recommend attending the full event to get the most out of your time, travel, and investment!
Can you bill me for the cost of registration?Payment is required to complete your registration and can be made using all major credit cards via our secure payment processing site. Please contact Amanda Youtzy at 610-684-1100 ext.4314 if this is an issue for your firm.
What is the dress code?We want you to feel comfortable! Suits are not required or recommended, we suggest keeping your attire business casual. This also applies to our dress code for the Annual eMoney Party Tuesday night.
How do I redeem credits?Our Financial Planning Group will reach out to you post-Summit to confirm that your CE Credits were submitted.
May I bring my spouse or a guest?Spouses and other guests are welcome to stay with you at the hotel, however, eMoney Summit presentations are reserved for financial professionals. If your spouse or guest would like to attend the Annual eMoney Party on Tuesday evening, there will be an additional cost of $200.
