Client Action Breakdown

Because APIs require a relationship between us and the financial institution, each API release could be a little different. Here are the most common scenarios.

What does it entail?
When client action is required the steps will vary based on the financial institution. Most will initiate on Needs Credentials error message on the connected account. Clients will be required to go to the Accounts page of their Client Portal and click Connect to being the process of authorizing the API to release their data.

We’ll provide additional information in the Connections Institution Message to help them navigate any additional steps.

When will I be notified?
Expect to receive an email update from us at least a month prior to the transition.
